BollyBeats® class is a continuous 50-60 minutes workout, with the combination of Dance Animations along with Body weight training (POWEROF10) carefully interwoven in the playlist ending with yoga inspired stretches.
BollyBeats® Choreos are Dance Animations and NOT Dance - Fitness choreos meaning, the choreos don't have fitness variations rather they are easy to follow progressive dance choreographies. We believe that choreographies should be fun and enjoyable. If you are having fun you will burn more calories!
